Israeli strike on Tel al-Hawa passenger transport

Sep 30

IRINN reports seven deaths, including a journalist, in attacks across Gaza and says the cumulative number of journalists killed has reached 263. It reports more than twenty wounded in air strikes, artillery fire and gunfire, including an attack on a Gaza City minibus. Hamas calls the attacks a continuation of genocidal war and evidence of Israel evading ceasefire obligations. These wider totals are not attributed solely to the minibus.

Oman TV's package cites an initial Health Ministry account of four killed in a Tel al-Hawa vehicle strike, alongside a separate woman killed in an apartment strike and fourteen injured across the two Gaza City attacks. In the live follow-up, Mazen Abdul Karim reports five killed, including a woman, and thirteen injured in a strike on a trailer carrying passengers on Al Quds Street in Tel al-Hawa. He explains the transport improvisation amid fuel and spare-parts shortages. The differing counts and descriptions remain attributed; the footage does not resolve them or provide an Israeli response. IRINN's September 30 brief includes a Gaza City minibus attack among air/artillery/gunfire attacks and carries Hamas's accusation that Israel is evading ceasefire obligations. Its more-than-twenty wounded and seven deaths including a journalist are wider Gaza attack totals, not a casualty count solely for this passenger-transport strike. Retain those aggregate qualifications alongside Oman's differing provisional vehicle/apartment and live trailer figures; the account does not reconcile the tolls.
