Pezeshkian’s UN address IRINN airs Iran’s claims
Pezeshkian’s UN appeal for dialogue without coercion

IRINN’s Razieh Momeni reports Pezeshkian’s UN address defending Iran’s security and peaceful nuclear technology. He displays images of Ali Khamenei, Minab schoolchildren and Lamerd sports-hall victims, attributing their deaths to U.S.–Israeli attacks. He argues for shared regional security, justice for Palestinians and dialogue without coercion, and responds to Trump’s threats. Attack attribution, casualty claims and nuclear-policy statements remain the president’s and broadcaster’s claims.
At the September 23 UN General Assembly, Pezeshkian rejects the U.S. terrorist label, portrays Iran as a victim defending itself, and says threats will strengthen rather than subdue it. He says Iran needs no permission to defend itself but is ready for dialogue and peace negotiations without coercion. He calls for shared regional security, respect for sovereignty and justice for Palestine. IRINN emphasizes strength and resistance; Oman carries his explicit diplomacy and peaceful-solutions appeal, and ABC includes both defiance and readiness for dialogue. Tagesschau calls his position uncompromising; Vremya interprets it as unwillingness to concede. Fox and AUF1 select his rejection of terrorist labeling, and Baier subsequently recalls that UN accusation in the September 24 interview. These selections and interpretations do not establish an agreement or independently settle attack responsibility. His nuclear-policy argument and display of victims’ photographs are separately connected substantive statements from the same speech. The U.S. walkout, Danon’s criticism, official messages, Friday-prayer remarks and later rallies retain their own occurrence identities; mere praise or thanks does not become a new passage of the September 23 address.
