Fox updates race rankings Senate and governor outlook

Bret Baier presents new Fox Power Rankings. The Senate map assigns 47 seats to each party with six toss-ups: Alaska, Iowa, Texas, Michigan, Ohio and Maine. New Hampshire moves to lean Democratic; North Carolina to likely Democratic and South Carolina to likely Republican. Governor toss-ups are Alaska, Nevada, Wisconsin and Georgia; Florida moves to likely Republican, Oregon to lean Democratic and Vermont to likely Republican. These are Fox forecasts, not results.
