REACH medical helicopter crashes off Catalina Island

ABC's Trevor Ault reports that a REACH Air Medical Services helicopter crashed into the Pacific shortly after leaving Catalina Island Wednesday night. Five people were aboard; two are dead, two survived and the patient remains missing while divers, boats and Coast Guard helicopters search. The patient's niece Maria says her aunt was being transported after an allergic reaction to check her oxygen levels and that her son accompanied her; ABC says the son survived. The report shows a survivor being transferred to UCLA Medical Center. The cause is unknown and the NTSB is investigating.
