Power cuts return Some regions from 3 p.m.

TSN reports that scheduled power restrictions return in some Ukrainian regions, including Kyiv, from 3 p.m. until the end of the day. Artem Nekrasov describes industry/business capacity restrictions and hourly cuts for all consumer categories, up to one group, with possible emergency cuts if regional conditions worsen. He directs consumers to distribution operators' schedules and asks them not to run several high-power appliances at once.
