CCTV cites the NDRC saying the fourth 62.5 billion yuan tranche of ultra-long-term special treasury bond funding for consumer-goods trade-ins was recently allocated, completing the annual 250 billion yuan allocation. It reports January–August related sales of 1.55 trillion yuan and 208 million subsidy-benefiting instances, including 5.353 million vehicles, 91.458 million home appliances and 108 million digital and smart products. The programme attributes rapid sales growth and five months of over-60% new-energy passenger-vehicle retail share to the policy. Allocation is distinct from disbursement to every consumer.
CCTV reports that the fourth 62.5 billion yuan special-treasury tranche has been allocated, completing the 2026 consumer trade-in programme's 250 billion yuan allocation. It cites January–August sales and beneficiary-instance figures and policy-related retail growth. The allocation's completion does not mean every subsidy has already been paid to consumers.
