Council ratifies India temporary-employment accord

Denisov presents the temporary-employment agreement signed in New Delhi December 4, 2025 during the Russian president's visit. He describes work-permit holders and students working in spare time, insurance, travel and workers' rights under host-state law, and gives 47,000 Indian permits for 2025 and around 51,000 in the first half of 2026. He says India notified completion of its procedures June 8. Deputy Interior Minister Kravchenko says implementation regulations are prepared; the Council approves the law.
