TSN says the American–Ukrainian reconstruction investment fund has concluded its first minerals agreement and approved four other projects. The agreement would invest about $30 million in a joint platform with an unnamed Ukrainian group, initially focusing on early-stage mining across Ukraine and uranium, beryllium and zirconium deposits.
