Sekhon IAF Marathon Thiruvananthapuram runs

Oct 4

DD India reports Sunday's Sekhon Indian Air Force Marathon at Lulu Mall in Thiruvananthapuram, organized by Southern Air Command to honour Nirmaljit Singh Sekhon and promote fitness, discipline and service. It describes the ten-kilometre flag-off by sporting guests. Jasvir Singh Mann stresses community participation and briefly refers to Tarang Shakti at Jodhpur. The narration recalls the inaugural 2025 edition's claimed participation above 39,000 at forty-six locations and record recognition. Vivek reports participation across ages from the venue. Those earlier attendance figures do not measure the 2026 local turnout.
