Sultan issues two decrees OIC and Rwanda ratifications

Oman TV reads Royal Decrees 87/2026 and 88/2026. The first ratifies an amendment to paragraph 1 of Article 8 of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation Charter and directs the competent authorities to deposit the instrument of ratification. The second ratifies Oman's agreement with Rwanda on mutual visa exemption for holders of diplomatic, special and service passports. Both decrees provide for publication in the Official Gazette and take effect from their issuance.

Sultan Haitham issues Royal Decree 87/2026 ratifying the amendment to paragraph 1 of Article 8 of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation Charter.
