Pezeshkian meets business Production and dialogue
Pezeshkian pledges industrial support
Oct 1
At a meeting with entrepreneurs and business owners, Pezeshkian invites active private-sector participation in removing production barriers, economic decisions and improving the business environment. The opening return carries his determination to avoid cutting gas or electricity to production. He says customs barriers with neighboring countries are being removed and cooperation is improving, while obstacles remain. In a distinct part of the same report he says attacks cannot force Iran into submission, criticizes what he calls deceptive talks and an attempt to destroy Iran, and credits public, entrepreneurial and military resilience with disrupting opponents' calculations. He says Iran has never shied away from dialogue and will defend its rights and dignity while working with entrepreneurs to solve problems.
At an October 1 meeting with entrepreneurs, Pezeshkian calls for private-sector participation in economic decisions and removal of production barriers, pledges to avoid cutting gas and electricity to production and describes improving customs access and cooperation with neighboring states while acknowledging obstacles. These are policy intentions and claimed progress, not an established guarantee of uninterrupted supply.
