The package identifies Scindia's appearance at IFQM Symposium 2026 in New Delhi and presents his account of India's manufacturing expansion. It reports about 300 mobile factories and $29 billion in phone exports; Scindia contrasts 95% imported phones in 2014 with almost entirely Indian-made phones today. BSNL's indigenous 4G stack, development in 22 months and about 100,000 towers are described, alongside 90 Bharat 6G Alliance members and participation in international standards. Semiconductor fabs and planned Indian production of 40 of 56 C295 aircraft are examples of progress and plans, without separate new launches being established. The anchor calls it a conclave report, while the package specifically identifies IFQM.
At the IFQM Symposium 2026 in New Delhi, Scindia presents India's growth in mobile manufacturing and exports and claims a shift from imported phones to almost entirely domestic production. DD India adds indigenous BSNL 4G, about 100,000 towers, 6G standards participation and forthcoming semiconductor and aircraft production as examples. These are a public progress assessment and plans, without separately dated new network, fab or aircraft launches.
