Lazar's Group intercepts Jet Geran with P1-SUN

Date unknown

The opening teaser says Ukraine has begun shooting down jet-powered Shaheds with its own drones for the first time. TSN reports video appearing online of a P1-SUN Jet Killer interceptor destroying a jet-powered Geran-5. It credits National Guard operators from Lazar's Group and says the combat crew also used Skyfall's remote-control system, described as permitting operation from anywhere in the world. The anchor places this in Ukraine's search for counters to sustained jet-drone attacks since August 27. The broadcast does not date the interception, identify its exact location or independently verify a wider success rate.

TSN reports video of National Guard operators from Lazar's Group using a P1-SUN Jet Killer interceptor to destroy a jet-powered Geran-5. The account also identifies Skyfall's remote-control system as used in the engagement, with a claimed ability to operate from anywhere in the world. The interception's combat date and precise location are not established; the broadcast's September 30 date and the video's online appearance are not assigned to the engagement. The opening teaser characterizes Ukraine's own-drone interceptions as a first; this is the broadcaster's claim, not an independently established first-ever engagement.
