Naliahaka reports a $300 million Naftogaz agreement with a U.S. bank at the Gdańsk conference, prepared over six months, for damaged oil and gas infrastructure and modern equipment and technology. Practical work with U.S. companies is the next stage. Board chairman Serhii Koretskyi says the document starts work on a financing mechanism for American technology, equipment and services, supporting restoration, energy resilience and strategic projects, and thanks the government, EXIM Bank and U.S. partners.
