Russian military roundup Vremya’s September 24 claims
Russia claims Dobropillia Male’s capture
Sep 24
Vremya's September 24 military package claims Russian territorial gains at Dobropillia Male, Buzove, Khyzhniakove and Svitla Dolyna, describes encirclements and airs drone attacks near the Orikhiv road. Sergey Ponomarev's account also describes overnight Iskander and Zircon strikes on Kyiv, alleges drones were stored at Nova Poshta premises, and claims Home Textiles, Pegas Arms and Element.ua workshops and Kyivstar and Parkovy telecommunications centres serving Ukrainian forces were hit. An interview explains disrupted communications. The package separately reports a daytime strike on a northern Kyiv warehouse whose contents witnesses question; alleged ammunition depots in Odesa and Ilyichanka; Defence Ministry claims of strikes on a tanker trying to reach Chornomorsk and a separate cargo ship carrying Western supplies; an Odesa logistics site and Bilyary drone depot; and explosions in Khmelnytskyi and Zhytomyr region. These are separate occurrences within one correspondent's roundup. Military use, destruction, territorial control and casualty estimates remain Vremya's or the ministry's claims. No TSN civilian casualty or maternity-hospital account is imported into this source report.
Vremya’s September 24 military update says the Center Group took the village it calls Maloye Dobropolye, adjoining Dobropillia. Its September 25 weekly recap repeats that village-capture claim among a claimed total of thirteen settlements taken during the week. The September 24 date identifies the first announcement in these inspected accounts, not an independently established capture or filming time. The separately dated broader Dobropillia assessments retain their own encirclement, casualty and building-clearance claims. The footage does not independently establish territorial control.
