Tehran launches twelve-goods fixed-price scheme

The anchor dates Tehran's twelve-essential-goods fixed-price program to Mehr 7 and says it will continue until Farvardin next year. The field report includes residents' unfamiliarity and skepticism, a detailed price list, household-head national-ID authentication and purchases through Shahrezad or municipal markets. Shahrezad requires Level Two registration and offers delivery or collection. Mehdi Chamran advocates bulk purchases without intermediaries; Lotfollah Forouzandeh says warehousing standards and hygiene are monitored. Frozen chicken, cheese and tomato paste are promised for Aban. This concerns selected goods, not an end to general inflation or proven universal access.
Tehran's Zero Inflation program begins for twelve essential goods, with fixed prices intended through Farvardin 1406. IRINN describes municipal-market and Shahrezad access, household-ID authentication, delivery/collection, residents' skepticism and official standards assurances. Frozen chicken, cheese and tomato paste are planned for Aban. The program does not demonstrate zero general inflation or universal access; older topic coverage's October 3 availability wording remains an unresolved rollout distinction.
