Ushakov previews CIS summit Agenda and possible briefing

Oct 6

Vremya reports Yuri Ushakov's briefing about Putin's forthcoming Turkmenistan visit and the CIS summit later in the week. Ushakov lists cooperation, the 2027 chairmanship and the next heads-of-state meeting as planned restricted-session topics. He says leaders may raise other issues and, at their request, Putin could explain the Ukraine conflict's current situation. This is an announced agenda and conditional possibility, not a completed summit, agreed chairmanship or confirmed Ukraine negotiation.
