OIA and Samruk agree joint investment fund

A separate graphic explainer reviews signed Oman–Kazakhstan documents: Eurasian Development Bank arrangements, investment protection, air transport, a business council and sectoral memoranda. It describes a joint Oman Investment Authority–Samruk-Kazyna investment partnership of US$150 million, split equally, aimed at value-added projects. A further memorandum describes a Blue City entertainment project, developer GFT, project structure and final agreements within six months. It sets out an OQ Exploration and Production–KazMunayGas framework to assess oil and gas opportunities, an O-Green–Samruk-Energy renewable-energy agreement, and a proposed bilateral AI mineral-exploration centre involving Solidcore Resources, with pilot programmes and a geological-data platform. These are agreements and planned cooperation, not completed projects; the Blue City transition and closing sentence are incomplete.
An executive agreement establishes an Oman Investment Authority–Samruk-Kazyna joint investment partnership described by Oman TV as US$150 million, split equally, to invest across sectors in value-added projects in both countries. The account establishes an agreement, not that the full amount has already been invested.
