CCTV says the National Energy Administration reports 6.711 million highway new-energy-vehicle charging sessions and 163 million kWh charged from October 1 at midnight through October 7 at 24:00. Average daily charging was 23.2566 million kWh, up 51.42% year on year. The report says service-area charging infrastructure will continue to expand to support convenient and reliable travel; that is a future intention, not completed additional construction.
