Vremya claims September 27 Vodafone Kyiv strike

Sep 27

Vremya’s Sergei Ponomarev presents Russian claims about strikes on Kyiv industry and data centers, Boryspil storage and food warehouses, encirclements at Dobropillia and in Kharkiv region, fuel and rail infrastructure, Black Sea and Danube shipping and steel-production disruption. It airs witnesses, analysts and a prisoner and cites Russian officials and foreign reporting. Assertions of military use, intercepted supplies, territorial gains, losses and halted steel output remain attributed; weekly recaps and current claims do not change the dates or identities of the separately indexed occurrences.

Vremya’s September 27 bulletin cites that day’s Russian briefing about a Vodafone data center in Kyiv, then says Geran drones struck the company’s technical center overnight that day. Its Russian narration explicitly says “today at night”; the later programme date therefore does not redate the older strikes in the same weekly report. The package places the telecom attacks in Kyiv’s Shevchenkivskyi district and alleges Vodafone provided communications services to Ukrainian forces. The named facility, weapon and military-use descriptions remain Vremya’s attributed claims, without independently verified damage or a casualty count. Kyivstar’s separately described daytime headquarters strike is another occurrence.
