Reported repeat strike on Protasov data infrastructure

Sep 26

TSN’s Valentyna Dobrota reports five injured in Kyiv’s overnight September 26 attacks, residents escaping damaged homes, a gutted supermarket and disruption to data-center services. The report also visits a private Obolon kindergarten struck the previous evening, whose director describes destroyed rooms and teaching materials; that earlier attack remains a separate occurrence. It shows disposal of an unexploded fifty-kilogram drone warhead and an assistance center for residents. The casualty figures, impact descriptions and witness accounts remain TSN’s own reporting, without adding another programme’s figures.

TSN reports a second strike on a business center in Kyiv’s Protasiv Yar area during the night into September 26, damaging data-center infrastructure and the backbone network and disrupting internet and hosting services beyond Kyiv. Vremya’s September 26 report names the Kosmonova data center and says the Protasov business center was struck for a second consecutive day. Cosmonova’s own company history places its data center in the Protasov business park, supporting grouping these named accounts at the complex without inventing two facilities from the different names. The broadcasts do not establish that every described impact hit the identical room. Vremya alleges intelligence, mobile-internet and Starlink functions, total data-center inoperability and severe military communications restrictions; those roles and consequences remain its claims. The prior day’s strike is context for this repeat occurrence. Oman’s unnamed data center and Vremya’s unnamed weekly Solomianskyi center are not identified with this site.
