Russia’s strike account Vremya alleges military use
Reported repeat strike on Protasov data infrastructure
Sep 26
Vremya’s Valentin Gvozdev presents Russian claims about missile and drone strikes on Kyiv data centers, logistics facilities, an Odesa Nova Poshta center, Epicentr warehouses, Vylkove port, a Mayaky bridge, an unnamed Black Sea vessel, Veteran Pro and a Zhytomyr warehouse. It relays the Defense Ministry’s 152-area tally and weekly industrial and logistics totals. Descriptions of intelligence links, military cargo and supplies and incapacitated communications remain the programme’s and ministry’s allegations, without importing Ukrainian casualty figures or treating the separate targeted sites as one occurrence.
TSN reports a second strike on a business center in Kyiv’s Protasiv Yar area during the night into September 26, damaging data-center infrastructure and the backbone network and disrupting internet and hosting services beyond Kyiv. Vremya’s September 26 report names the Kosmonova data center and says the Protasov business center was struck for a second consecutive day. Cosmonova’s own company history places its data center in the Protasov business park, supporting grouping these named accounts at the complex without inventing two facilities from the different names. The broadcasts do not establish that every described impact hit the identical room. Vremya alleges intelligence, mobile-internet and Starlink functions, total data-center inoperability and severe military communications restrictions; those roles and consequences remain its claims. The prior day’s strike is context for this repeat occurrence. Oman’s unnamed data center and Vremya’s unnamed weekly Solomianskyi center are not identified with this site.
